Seven controls under every review
Reading a whole company helps only when each answer can be traced. These controls tie every finding to its source. Tracking decisions and results, the last two, is optional.
01Matching companies, people, and obligations

One customer can appear under different names in the accounting system, the sales system, and the contracts. Cerenovus works out which entries refer to the same customer. Reviewers can see each proposed match, how confident Cerenovus is, and which source supports it. Confirmed matches carry over to later reviews.

02Tracing sources, coverage, and versions

Cerenovus links every number and statement to the file version and period it came from. Reviewers can open citations, check calculations, and see any change made to the data. 03Access limited to authorized people

04When sources disagree

When two sources disagree, for example management's account and the contracts or operating data, Cerenovus keeps both, checks each against the rest of the record, and shows which one the evidence supports. If the record cannot settle it, the finding is marked open and names the source that would.

05How work moves between teams

06Decisions and expected effects

If the client wants decisions tracked, Cerenovus records who reviewed an issue, what evidence they used, and what they decided. 07Actions and results

If the client wants follow-up, Cerenovus records how management responded to each warning, forecast, and recommendation. Reviewers can check whether management acted and what changed, with links back to the original evidence. Teams can test earlier assumptions against later results.
